Biodegradable Masterbatches

Biodegradable Masterbatches is made by environmentally friendly materials compound degradation and polyolefin resin as carrier.
With biodegradable masterbatches as additive and polyethylene as raw material, biodegradable mulch can be made through blowing and extrusion. The biodegradable mulch has the same functions as plain polyethylene ground film, such as increase production rate, soil moisture content conservation and moisture keeping. At the same time, in accordance with different weather conditions and areas as well as usage requirements for various crops, the formulas can be properly adjusted based on local conditions and the induced period of degradation, and degradation rate can be effectively controlled also.

A range of the biodegradable plastics available may be suitable for PP, PE, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE PVC.

Application:

Mainly used in PP, PE and PVC resins for food packaging containers (such as paper cups, fastfood package, fresh bags, bottles, cans, food trays, drink cups ), shopping bags, table cloth, garbage bags, and other disposable environmentally friendly products.
